Kittery Life Drawing has been present in the Kittery area for over 15 years, and its purpose is to give local artists an aesthetically appealing space to do figure drawing from a live, nude model. Poses vary from 1 to 20 minutes. Anyone who has an interest in figure drawing is welcome to participate.

There is a model fee of $15, and no formal instruction is provided.

Through sound and vibration, Sound Meditation calms the nervous system, slows down the breath, and connects us to the present moment. With chimes, crystal bowls, rain sticks, simple rhythm instruments, and voice, Peggo creates a sonic environment that invites you to relax tension, relief stress, and come home to your inner self.
