Kittery Life Drawing Group
Mondays 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
The Dance Hall is now hosting the Kittery Life Drawing Group. This group has been present in the Kittery area for over 15 years, and its purpose is to give local artists an aesthetically appealing space to do figure drawing from a live, nude model. Poses vary from 1 to 20 minutes. Anyone who has an interest in figure drawing is welcome to participate.
There is a model fee of $15, and no formal instruction is provided.

Sound Meditation w/Peggo Horstmann Hodes
Through sound and vibration, Sound Meditation calms our nervous system, slows down our breath, and connects us to the present moment. With chimes, crystal bowls, rain sticks, simple rhythm instruments, and my voice, I will create a sonic environment that invites you to relax tension, relief stress, and come home to your inner self.

Bring: a yoga mat, a small pillow, and a blanket.
